From first conversation
to final fit.
Replacing a front door or planning a larger glazing project? Here’s how we turn your ideas into a clear brief, an agreed specification and a plan for fitting.
Start your project
What happens at each stage.
- 01
Tell us about your home
Start with the postcode, a photo of the entrance and what you want to change. Approximate measurements help us understand the scale.
- 02
Explore the options
Discuss the look, finishes, glazing and security priorities. We’ll identify choices that affect the design, price or fitting.
- 03
Confirm the opening
Agree how the opening will be surveyed and who will handle any preparation. Confirm dimensions, access, levels and the surrounding finishes before manufacture.
- 04
Agree the scope
Review the selected design, hardware, quote and fitting scope. Clarify any builder’s work and what needs to be in place before installation.
- 05
Plan the installation
Agree access and scheduling, including whether the old doorset is being removed and who is handling any making good.
- 06
Walk through the handover
Review operation, keys or access controls and care instructions. Confirm the relevant paperwork and who to contact with follow-up questions.

Three things that help us get started.
A clear brief can start with a quick phone photo. Plans are welcome if you already have them.
- One photo from outside and one showing the inside of the opening.
- A rough width and height, plus your postcode.
- Your priorities, such as security, more daylight or keeping the character of the frontage.
Let’s talk about your entrance.
Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll help you work out the next step.
